Sugartree have secured their development finance and have started the construction of Stage 1 which comprises 148 apartments and 15 retail units together with basement car parking.

Stages 2 and 3 include 425 more apartments, more commercial units, carparking and a rooftop garden. 

The team at AlexanderDorrington have been working with the Sugartree developers from the outset of the project.  Debra Dorrington is the project lead.  Craig Alexander advised on the re-structure by the parties into a limited partnership and Denise Marsden completed the development finance and construction contracts.  Its great to see the first apartment tower going up in the Auckland CBD after a 5 year hiatus.
