Rachael is responsible for the smooth operation of the firm.  She is passionate about ensuring AlexanderDorrington is a place where staff and directors are proud to work, where day to day operations run effortlessly and efficiently, and that the firm keeps up with global changes occurring in the legal industry. 

Rachael has been in the legal industry since 1993 and has been with us since our inception in 1999.
