Bonnie’s passion is subdivisions and developments. She enjoys the challenge of working through complex structures and has a common sense approach to dealing with issues and finding practical solutions.
Bonnie has been with us since 2001 and became a legal executive in 2004. She is now one of our senior legal executives with a wealth of experience in property and subdivision including unit titles.
Bonnie is a Fellow with the NZ Institute of Legal Executives.
Recent Projects
- Sugartree Development – Stages 1, 2 and 3 – Union Street and Nelson Street. This exciting project has kept Bonnie busy over the last few years and been an integral part of the development funding, unit title subdivision, boundary adjustment and settling the sales of over 700 units across all stages.
- Settling the sales of over 600 sections at Hobsonville Point.
- Settling the sales of 50 unit titles in Otahuhu.
- Small and large scale subdivisions and boundary adjustments, creation of easement and access lot covenants and building covenants
- Acting for home buyers and sellers, refinancing residential property
- Unit Title conveyancing of apartments in Auckland, including apartments subject to management contracts or hotel leases.
- Reviewing contracts for buying off the plans in small and large scale developments
- Helping to prepare structures for the management of common facilities within developments
- Assisting with the Development funding for our developer clients
- Preparation of pre-sale agreements for developments
