Joint Venture with ACC and CORT for various developments
We assisted CORT Community Housing to implement a joint venture with ACC in 2020 to fund, build and manage 100 new homes for people and families on the public housing waiting list in Auckland. ACC invested $50 million and CORT will oversee the development and management of 100 new homes through this joint venture. We have also assisted CORT with its bank funding lines, contracts with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, other partnerships and its standalone development projects, some examples of which are shown here.
Cohousing Community Development – Surrey Crescent, Grey Lynn
Cohaus, a 20 unit urban cohousing community development at Surrey Crescent, Grey Lynn. Land was privately acquired utilising both private and commercial bank funding. The development was created for the benefit of the participants for the purpose of creating a unique cohousing development, with aesthetics and sustainability in mind.
